Store Manager (Location: Shenzhen)

Responsibilities:

Sales & Profitability Management
    Develop and execute strategies to meet/exceed sales targets (e.g., monthly/quarterly KPIs) 
    Analyze sales data, optimize inventory turnover, and implement promotional campaigns 
    Monitor profit margins through cost control and efficient resource allocation 

Team Leadership & Development
    Recruit, train, and mentor staff (e.g., assistant managers, sales associates) 
    Foster a collaborative environment, resolve conflicts, and conduct performance reviews 
    Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and ensure compliance with labor policies 

Customer Experience Excellence
    Deliver high-touch service to build loyalty and resolve complaints promptly 
    Implement CRM initiatives (e.g., VIP customer programs, feedback loops) 
    Ensure brand consistency in service standards and visual merchandising 

Operational Efficiency
    Maintain store cleanliness, safety compliance, and loss prevention protocols 
    Oversee stock replenishment, markdown management, and POS system accuracy 
    Conduct audits and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies 

Brand Representation
    Uphold company values (e.g., sustainability, inclusivity) in daily operations 
    Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven experience in luxury goods (or high-end fashion brand) sales, with demonstrated success in store operations and team leadership 

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure, balancing sales targets, client demands, and operational workflows 

Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and foster collaborative team dynamics

Keen insight into global fashion trends and the ability to translate them into compelling visual merchandising and styling recommendations 

Strong personal style that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic identity.

Native Mandarin/Cantonese speaker with basic English reading/writing proficiency (e.g., drafting client reports, email communication).

Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, Japanese) is highly advantageous for international clientele engagement 

Passionate about the brand’s ethos, with an exemplary personal image that embodies luxury, sophistication, and attention to detail
